Over the last couple of days, I managed to squeeze in some time to do some personal photo editing.  On Christmas day, my mother and father were visiting from Haymarket Virginia when I suggested that we take some photos of her “baby” - her beloved Italian Greyhound, Trinity.   I love dogs and love pet photos!  So, here is a collage that I made for her for a little Valentine’s Day gift.   Shhhh, don’t tell her!  :o)

Roger – Dawn, This collage looks great. I can’t wait to see what one of these looks like with 12 baby photos in it from a newborn session.

Beth – Dawn, What a wonderful collage of your mom and Trinity!!! I know she must have absolutely loved it! What a great keepsake for her!

Well, most of you will already be aware of this fact…I am so not a morning person!  This is mainly because I tend to work in the studio late into the night.  Having said that, I must get up and get the kids dressed, packed, fed and off to school each morning.  And for this I am thankful because if not for my children, I would have missed this beautiful sunrise yesterday morning!  As soon as I saw the “glow” in my foyer, I ran to grab my camera.  Even though I was still half asleep, I did manage to snap a few frames before it disappeared.  The colors were intense and I was blessed to have witnessed it!

Meet “Jack”-The kids had a blast { Professional Photographers Northern Virginia }

Well, we had snow late last week which resulted in my kids being home from school, again.  They had the biggest time making this snowman…the snow was a wet one and just perfect for snowman-building!  By the time they had finished playing, it was dark.   Yes, it’s nearly February and my Christmas lights are still up in my back yard…but they gave the prettiest glow to the snow and pictures so I was glad they were still on.  Plus, the kids are still enjoying them!   They named this jolly ole man…Jack.
