Christmas fun for the whole family… including the cat!! This Northern Virginia family returned to the studio for some artistic children’s portraits to use in their photo Christmas cards this holiday season. In addition to the really cool shots we got of Master “S” and his favorite furry friend (who is nearly as big as he is!), we captured some fun family Christmas portraits.
Their Christmas cards turned out totally chic and unique… too bad we can’t show you the whole card here. We don’t want to ruin their friends and family’s surprise of receiving their cards in the mail. Though with Christmas just around the corner you won’t have too long to wait to see the finished cards.
Hope you enjoy this little sneak peek. As always, be sure to leave them some blog love……

This family from Vienna Virginia has a new baby in the family this Christmas!! They visited the portrait studio for our photo Christmas card event. We got some adorable images to use in designing a chic and creative custom holiday cards. The portrait below of this sweet baby girl (love her two little toofers!) and her big brother is just so darned cute! Big brother has the most amazing colored eyes! We can’t sneak peek the whole family portrait as we don’t want to ruin the surprise for their friends and family.
So, here’s a sneak peek for your friends and family of your portraits. They’ll have to wait ’til Christmas to see the others…

This little Christmas doll baby from Alexandria, Virginia fell asleep waiting for Santa. Mom & dad & baby attended our Photo Christmas Card & Holiday Portrait event two weekends ago. We got a wonderful family portrait just before little Miss “A” decided it was time for a nap! As a professional baby photographer, I have learned to go with the flow and I am so glad we did.
Since mom and dad want their family portrait to be a surprise for all their friends and family on their Christmas card list, here is just a little sneak peek of their sleeping angel…

I so LOVE this unique and fun pose! Shew… getting a one year old baby girl and her furry friend to both look at you at the same time is a challenge but……..oh so worth it!
Enjoy your sneak peek! You’ll get to see the rest of your Christmas card design soon!

Hello to you all! I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday surrounded by your families and/or friends.
Just wanted to make mention of an important deadline for any of you who are still contemplating ordering some last minute Gift Portraits or extra Christmas cards…
The last day for all orders is December 5th. Any orders received after that day will not be processed and submitted until January 5th, 2009. Because we are trying to meet a tight delivery, all orders must be paid by credit card as there will not be time to wait on personal checks to clear. Remember, do not send me your credit card information in an email. You are welcome to send me your order via email but for security reasons, all credit card numbers need to be over the phone!
Thank you!
I have been photographing these two beautiful sisters from Manassas, Virginia for many years now and it is always such a joy! Their mom brought them for their annual photo Christmas card session. This year they decided to use two of the couture dresses that we provide for our clients to use here at the studio. There are so many great portraits from this session but I only have time to share just one sneak peek. This is one of my favorites! I cannot wait to create a unique photo Christmas card design for this family.
Be sure to leave a comment below for the parents of these two precious girls!
